I am logging into the Health Services Portal for the first time, what are the first steps I should take?

Frequently Asked Question

I am logging into the Health Services Portal for the first time, what are the first steps I should take?

Answer

First, make sure that you read the home page of the portal. This gives you information about what the portal is and what you can use the portal for.

Second, review your profile and make sure that the information contained there is correct and up-to-date. You can edit your mobile phone number and choose your mobile phone carrier. By choosing your mobile phone carrier you are giving counseling and health services permission to send you text messages with  a reminder for your scheduled appointment or with important information from our office and/or your provider.

Now that you have completed these first few steps, feel free to look around and explore the portal! You can see where and how to schedule your future appointments with health services, how to send messages to your health care providers, enter, view and print your immunization information (if it hasn't already been submitted), and complete any forms. Not all forms are required, so if you are unsure if you need to submit a form, please contact us at 978.542.6410 or 978.542.6413.

Please note: Counseling and health services takes student privacy and confidentiality very seriously. Because the log-in information is the same for the health services portal as it is for your Navigator account, help us protect your privacy - please be aware that by sharing your Navigator log-in information with anyone, you are also granting them access to your private health information that is contained in the portal.
