Answer
The answer varies, depending on the time of year. The nursing department is incredibly competitive, accepting only 100 students per semester. Once it is closed for the semester, it is closed. Consider the application deadline a hard deadline to meet.
You will always have a better chance of getting into the nursing department if you have your license and/or transfer from another college or university than if you tried to transfer internally.
