The Salem State University software library is available to any member of the the university community (student, staff, or faculty). The site contains a variety of software licensed to Salem State and available to its' users for either no cost or a discounted price. Software downloaded from this site is for use on Salem State owned computers, or your personally owned computer used for academic or administrative work.
Details
1) Go to www.salemstate.edu/software.
2) Click "Sign In" on the top right.
Sign in using your information you registered with.
3.) Select Your Account/Order
4.) List of product you have ordered select the one you ordered
5.) Product key is in red font such as XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX
NOTE: The Product key is only visible 31 days after your initial ordered date. Contact the ITS Helpdesk to assist if date of issue is longer than 31 days. ITS Helpdesk call 978.542.2036 or request help at http://helpdesk.salemstate.edu
