I found my ID on the Navigator page, but I can't reset my password.

Students that were once enrolled, but are not current students need to be re-activated by the Navigation Center to be eligible to register. Please call them at 978.542.8000 and provide your ID number to have this done. The account is active after an overnight refresh of the database.

CAUTION: If the error message says that the password does not meet our password rules, this is not a Navigation Center issue.

Call or file a request with ITS Help Desk if you are still having problems with creating a password.
