Before officially changing your major, you should consult your assigned academic advisor for your current major, or a member of the Academic Advising office (located in the Frederick E. Berry Library).
You will submit your request online through Navigator. The academic department chair for the new major will review and either approve or deny your request. If your request is not approved, you will receive additional information from the department in question.

Please note that some majors have additional requirements for internal changes of major or do not accept major changes on a rolling basis. For information on your specific intended program of study, please visit the university catalog and review the departmental information for your chosen major. Additional information may be available from your chosen academic department.
