How do I replace my ClipperCard?

It is $10 to replace a ClipperCard.

First log on the salemstate.edu/get and report your card lost. If your card is used while not in your possession you are still responsible for the charges. This will give you time to look around for it. If you find it you can log on and report it found.

When you have determined you need a new card deposit $10 in ClipperCash to your card via salemstate.edu/get to pay for your replacement.
Fill out this form to request a new card.
If you are a resident student using your card to gain access to your room you will need to visit Residence Life to have your new card coded for your room.
