- Log into Navigator.
- On the Student Homepage, click on "Academic Progress".
- On the menu on the left-hand side of the screen, click on "View Degree Tracker Report".
- On the next page, the report will automatically be expanded by default for all menu items that have not been satisfied.
- If the menu option is collapsed, that can indicate that the course work required under that topic has been satisfied.
- To view different menu options in a compact style, click on the button on the top of the report that reads "Collapse All".
- The menu options will be listed for you with the option to expand them by clicking on the arrow to the left of each listed topic.
- Not Satisfied example: Click the arrow to the left of the heading "General Education Requirements" to expand that menu. Directly under that menu, if you have not satisfied all of your General Education classes, it will read "Not Satisfied". If you continue to scroll down, you will see numerous sub-headings (Basic Math Compentency, Reading Comprehension, First Year Seminar etc). Under each subheading, there will be a bullet point that
All information in the degree tracker report is for advising purposes only. It is not an official transcript and does not represent an irrevocable contract between the student and the university. Final confirmation that you have met all requirements is subject to final approval by the Registrar's Office. Any apparent discrepancies should be discussed with your advisor.
