Salem State Information Technology Services offers after-hours support as follows:


Direct telephone support services available 24/7 (24 hours, seven days a week)

Media Services

Classroom media support, call 978.542.2036 and select option two.

Location: First floor of Meier Hall.

Hours of operation: Monday-Friday, 8 am-8 pm

Search our knowledge base, Ask the Viking, and find more than 1,000 articles that answer many student, staff and faculty questions. Available 24/7.

After Hours Event Support

Requests for Event Support should be made in writing in a request to the ITS Help Desk

Please include as much detail of the event. Include contact information including after normal business information. Advanced notice of at least 2 weeks, preferably more to assure that all details can be accommodated.
