Information Technology Services (ITS) provides training opportunities for administrators, staff and faculty.
Training opportunities are available for the educational and professional development of the Salem State University community. These training sessions are designed to build and enhance the technical skills needed to be successful. If you have a specific training need, please submit a ticket to the ITS Help Desk or call 978.542.2036.
Administration and Staff
Information technology services training sessions are free and open to administrators, staff and faculty. Training sessions are held every semester and are also available during winter, spring and summer breaks. Faculty
The academic technology services team works with faculty and academic staff to experiment, explore and integrate teaching and learning technologies in and out of the classroom. This area provides classroom training, 1:1 and team consulting and support for several services including eLearning, online meetings and webinars. There are many tools and resources available to enhance learning, communication and professional development.
