Gaming devices and other devices can't use wireless and must be connected to an Ethernet port.
Not every port in a residence hall room are live.
Check your port using the following:
- If the port has 4 connections, use the top right connection
- If the port has 3 connections, use the middle connection
- If the port has 2 connections, use the bottom connection
- Special face plate - wireless access point
