Even if you are ineligible to vote, you can still take an active role in the election process.

Volunteer / Work
You do not need to be a U.S. citizen to volunteer on a campaign. Get involved to help a candidate you support knock doors and make phone calls.
Apply to be a poll worker on Election Day.
Out-of-State
If you are voting in your home state, visit your local city/town clerk. Residency requirements vary by state.
Studying Abroad
If you are a U.S. citizen living abroad, you may still be eligible to vote.
