How do I log in to the Health Services Portal?

Students can log into the health services portal by logging into their Navigator account, choosing the campus life section, and then choosing the health services portal. Students will then log in to the health services portal by entering the letter "S" followed by their seven digit student ID number with "@salemstate.edu" after their ID#. On the next login page, they will enter their existing Navigator username and password. If you are having trouble with your login username or password, contact the Salem State ITS department help desk at 978.542.2036.

Please note: Counseling and health services takes student privacy and confidentiality very seriously. Because the log-in information is the same for the health services portal as it is for your Navigator account, help us protect your privacy - please be aware that by sharing your Navigator log-in information with anyone, you are also granting them access to your private health information that is contained in the portal.
