Cannot get to TouchNet through Navigator

The student needs to clear the cache or temporary Internet files of the browser.

A student wants to make a payment or deposit and clicks on Student Accounts or Make a Payment under the Full Menu tab in Navigator.

Clearing the cache or temporary Internet files in the browser will fix most sign-in problems.
