In addition to reviewing the First Year Seminar FAQs about the Salem State University first year seminar course, first-year (freshmen) entering for spring 2026 are encouraged to attend an information session before selecting their first year seminar for the spring semester.
Each session is approximately 30-45 minutes and will allow time for discussion/questions. Students can register for a session by clicking the REGISTER HERE link below. Registration closes 48 hours before each session (unless the session is on a Monday, for which registration closes the Friday prior).
