Yes. However, before you register for a course, you will want to ensure that the course transfers in as the course you need. Student should fill out the Outside Course Form and submit to Transfer Services at transfer-services@salemstate.edu prior to enrolling in the outside course. In order to be cleared for graduation, students must submit proof of enrollment as well as an official transcript upon successful completion of the course. A minimum grade of C minus is required for all outside courses. All other transfer policies will apply, so it is recommended that you notify the graduation staff in the Student Navigation Center of your intentions to ensure that the course will apply to your program of study.
If you will not take any course at Salem State University in your last semester, you must contact the academic services staff in the Registrar's Office/Student Navigation Center to let them know. If you do not take this step, it may result in an administrative withdrawal.
